Good-Gay.TV provides a video sharing service offering features including, but not limited to uploading, sharing and general viewing of adult content. Users must affirm that they have the rights to upload and publish video on Good-Gay.TV. Good Gay TV reserves the right at its sole discretion, to remove content of Good Gay TV users who infringe, or appear to infringe, on the intellectual property rights of others.

- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
